  • This perfectly captures where the real advantage lies. Not in using AI to do more, but in learning to think with it. The change from efficiency to synergy is where true innovation begins, when human intuition and AI intelligence start co-creating value instead of just automating tasks. What do you think will define the most successful Human+AI teams in the next five years: mindset, skills, or structure? Humans who understand AI will replace those who don’t. Because the real advantage isn’t automation. It’s augmentation. Here's what you can do to get ahead. Every successful AI user moves through the same 3 stages: 1️⃣ Curiosity → they play with tools. 2️⃣ Efficiency → they save hours. 3️⃣ Synergy → they create new value. That last one changes everything. It’s where intuition meets insight. Where data + judgment = better decisions, faster. You don’t need to outsmart AI. You need to out-collaborate everyone else with it. Because AI isn’t here to compete with you, it’s here to complement you. 🤝 ____________________________ 💬 What's your boldest prediction on how Human+AI synergy will transform workflows in the next 5 years? #HumanAICollaboration #AILiteracy #FutureOfWork #AIStrategy

  • AI won't take your job; it'll make your skills irrelevant while you’re still employed. Why is this the real risk? In every industry the same pattern repeats: the tools change faster than people’s mindsets. In the last decade, there are three main mini-revolutions: automation, digitalization, and now AI. Each one started as a tech challenge but ended as a skills crisis. What’s different now is speed. AI doesn’t just replace manual tasks; it’s rewriting what “qualified” means. Future-ready professionals aren’t defined by what they know, but by how quickly they adapt, translate, and apply new knowledge with AI. Here’s the foundation for AI readiness: ✅ Adaptable thinking – learn, unlearn, and re-learn faster than the system evolves. ✅ Prompt Fluency – know how to think in structured prompts, not just type them. ✅ Human Insight – use judgment, empathy, and ethics where machines can’t. If you focus only on learning tools, you’ll always be catching up. But if you build future skills, you’ll lead the transformation, not chase it. ____________________________________ Which of these three skills do you feel most confident in, and which one do you want to strengthen first? • Most people focus on learning prompts, not the mindset behind them. The real shift happens when you start seeing AI as a thinking partner, not a magic answer machine. Progress comes when you begin reflecting on how to think with AI, not just what to ask it. What’s one mindset shift you’ve seen make the biggest difference in how people use AI?

I saw most AI users stop improving after week 3. At first, AI feels magical. You prompt, AI delivers. Then one day, the results stop surprising you. Why? Because you learn tools, not thinking. That moment is the plateau. Not a technical barrier, a thinking barrier. AI fluency begins when you stop asking: 🧠 “What prompt should I use?” and start asking: 💡 “What kind of thinking does this model reward?” Every time I speak about this, something changes. The results come alive again. It's because you’re no longer outsourcing thinking. You’re enhancing it. AI will not replace your job. But shallow thinking might. _______________________________________ 💬 When did you hit your first AI plateau, and what helped you move past it? #AIMindset #HumanAICollaboration #AIReadiness

  • We’re seeing so many people use AI confidently without really questioning it. Teaching students to pause, analyze sources, and recognize bias would change everything. AI literacy should absolutely be a core skill in every university program. It’s becoming as essential as digital or research literacy once was. #DigitalTransformation #AIFluency

We’ve entered a strange new phase of digital literacy. Everyone’s experimenting with AI tools, but almost no one asks why it says what it says. That’s where AI literacy meets critical thinking. Before trusting the output, ask yourself: ✅ Where did this data come from? ✅ What bias might be shaping this answer? ✅ Would I still decide the same way without AI’s input? Using AI isn’t the same as understanding it. True AI literacy means questioning, evaluating, and integrating AI’s insights, not just prompting for convenience. If we taught AI the way we teach research methods, with structure, reflection, and healthy skepticism, we’d graduate a generation ready for the future of work. ___________________________ What do you think, should AI literacy become a core skill in every university program? I used to think intuition and AI accuracy were opposites. Then I learned what happens when they work together: innovation explodes. I call it the Synergy Zone. It’s where human creativity meets AI speed. Are you ready to discover the secret to outperforming AI and leaving your competition behind? The Synergy Zone is where people and AI work together. It’s not just a trend. It helps teams turn ordinary tasks into impressive results. Here's why it's crucial: 1️⃣ Innovation multiplies: Teams in the Synergy Zone solve problems in ways that people or AI alone can’t. 2️⃣ Sustainable growth: When we combine machine learning with critical thinking, we learn faster from both wins and mistakes, making better decisions. 3️⃣ Enhanced collaboration: When people and AI use their strengths together, problems disappear and new opportunities appear. Are you working in your Synergy Zone or just playing it safe? To activate the Synergy Zone: ✅ Clearly define roles: Establish who provides context and who offers data. ✅ Establish feedback loops: Help people and AI share what they know. ✅ Acknowledge diverse contributions: Track creativity and new ideas, not just standard results. Companies that succeed with this approach have bold and creative teams. __________________________ I'd love to hear your perspective: How are you integrating human strengths and AI capabilities in your daily operations? #AILiteracy #AIStrategy #FutureOfWork

AI has huge potential to improve how we work, but it’s not always a smooth rollout. This report from the World Economic Forum looks at what chief people officers are most concerned about and what they’re doing to help their teams adapt. It’s a great reminder that successful AI adoption starts with people, not just the technology. Take a look here: https://ow.ly/CkTp50Xeavn #AI #Leadership #FutureOfWork #PeopleFirst #AMGFCC25

Business leaders see AI as an engine for transformation - but what if introducing it at work doesn't go smoothly? While #AI can free up employees’ time, and boost productivity and efficiency, it comes with risks. Here’s what chief people officers around the world say are the top near-term risks – and the actions businesses can take to mitigate them. The World Economic Forum has surveyed chief people officers from leading organizations about their expectations for the future. Read the Chief People Officers Outlook, September 2025, here: https://ow.ly/CkTp50Xeavn In a year of complex global challenges, collaboration has never mattered more. This October, the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity gathers experts from multiple sectors to explore how we can harness technology’s benefits while minimizing its risks. • This post from World Economic Forum captures a truth many of us see daily: leadership is evolving faster than most systems that aim to develop it. The next generation of leaders will need AI literacy as much as communication or strategy. They’ll need to understand how to question algorithms, make ethical decisions, and inspire human potential in an automated world. And we need more women shaping that future. Leading with empathy, inclusion, and a strong sense of purpose. A great read on why entrepreneurship education could be the bridge between potential and preparedness. _____________________________________________ 💡 What would you add to the next generation of leadership programs to make them truly future-ready? #AILiteracy #WomenInLeadership #FutureOfWork #AIReadiness

"Despite billions invested each year in #leadership development, a global gap persists. Leaders capable of navigating uncertainty, mobilizing communities and bridging divides are in short supply. The 2023 Edelman Trust Barometer found that business and government leaders are widely perceived as failing to prepare societies for the future, while the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 highlights resilience and leadership as among the fastest-growing in-demand skills. Without urgent action, this gap threatens economic dynamism and the resilience of democratic institutions and our collective ability to tackle challenges like climate change, inequality and digital disruption." J.D. LaRock, J.D., Ed.D., Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and Irina Bullara, RenovaBR look at how #entrepreneurship education can bridge the global leadership gap. https://lnkd.in/eS2hxAEf #AMGFCC25

  • Creative destruction perfectly describes what is happening across industries right now. The next wave of leaders will be those who see AI not as automation but as collaboration. To thrive, we need a workforce that understands both the potential and the limits of AI, and that starts with structured AI literacy training. How do you think organizations can balance speed of adoption with responsible implementation? #FutureOfWork #AI #Leadership

AI is reshaping our world, but are we ready for it? The 2025 Nobel Prize in Economics highlighted creative destruction, a concept where innovation disrupts existing structures. AI is a prime example, driving growth while challenging traditional job markets. In my experience, businesses that embrace AI see enhanced productivity and new market opportunities. Here’s how to navigate this change: 1️⃣ Foster an innovation culture. Encourage experimentation with AI technologies. 2️⃣ Focus on augmenting human skills, not replacing them. 3️⃣ Build dynamic capabilities to adapt quickly. ____________________ Are you prepared to thrive in this AI-driven era? • Many leaders still think AI is just a tool instead of a partner in thinking. The teams I see succeeding are the ones that focus on combining AI with human strengths like critical thinking, adaptability, and creativity. These skills are what give AI real impact. Ethical and critical reasoning is something AI cannot replace. Humans are still needed to decide what is right and fair. What skill do you think your team could develop that AI will never replicate? #AILiteracy #AI #FutureOfWork

99% of leaders never develop these 3 skills. That’s why AI is outpacing them faster than they expect. Are you one of them? When I first brought AI into my daily workflow, I learned that real growth is in unlocking human-AI partnership. The real advantage? Teams who blend their unique strengths with smart automation. It’s about making the most of what only humans can do: 🤔 Critical thinking: Asking smarter questions, not just finding answers. 📖 Adaptive learning: Welcoming rapid change, not resisting it. 💡 Creative problem-solving: Turning data into opportunities. Since I made these the focus in my work, I’ve: ✅ Cut project prep time by 40% ✅ Boosted engagement and satisfaction ✅ Begun innovating beyond AI basics to leverage it for real outcomes Your advantage in 2026 isn’t which AI you pick, but how you combine it with your strengths. Are you building up yours and your team’s skills that AI cannot replace, or just waiting for automation to catch up? ___________________________ ⬇️ I’d like to know: What’s one skill you think AI will never truly match in your field? #AILiteracy #AI #Leadership

I'm passionate about equipping students with crucial tech and AI skills. But there's a lot of confusion about what AI literacy really means. For example, what I see: 👉 Schools treating AI as entirely separate from existing tech education 👉 Policymakers are ignoring years of calls for comprehensive digital literacy 👉 Tech enthusiasts promoting AI without addressing ethical concerns So if you're a parent wondering how to prepare your child for an AI-driven world... Remember, teaching critical thinking and responsible tech use is more valuable than any specific AI tool. #AILiteracy #AI #FutureOfWork
