Over the last two days, we have had the pleasure of hosting our new Private Client Masterclasses. Both sessions were presented by the brilliant Richard Johnston, who shared his knowledge and advice on how to unlock the power of pensions in estate planning. The feedback from attendees about how informative these sessions were has been fantastic, and we want to thank Richard for such great talks. Due to the success, we are already looking to arrange more of these sessions around the country, so keep your eyes peeled for more information. If you're interested in learning more from Richard, you can watch some of our previous Expert Webinars with him via the Estate Research Learning Hub at https://lnkd.in/eFgKaJiV

Last week, we hosted a fantastic celebration for the launch of the Estate Research Canada office with an exceptional evening at the Royal Ontario Museum. The prestigious setting provided the perfect backdrop for an event that marked an exciting new chapter for our team. Guests enjoyed a memorable whiskey tasting, an engaging performance from a skilled illusionist, and outstanding food and drinks throughout the night. The evening also featured a speech from Managing Director Aidan Hutchings, reflecting on the growth and future vision of Estate Research. Thank you to everybody that came! It was a pleasure to see so many clients from the estates and trusts profession joining us to celebrate. We’re thrilled to be expanding our presence in Canada and look forward to working closely with professionals across the sector to trace heirs and beneficiaries worldwide. If you would like to hear more about our services, please email our dedicated team at pc@estateresearch.ca

As usual, an excellent day at the Estate Research Private Client Conference. An informative and thought provoking day all round. Lots for Ellyn Fyvie, Gillian Mathews and I to devle into in our team meetings! As well as being informative, the conference gives a wonderful opportunity to catch up with past colleagues and friends Nicola Kelly, Kathryn Armstrong and Gerry Callaghan (TEP) while making new connections Jade Blair, Andrew Miller and Alex Willson. The swag bags were fantastic this year and shout out Hamiltons Law Accountants for my new mug and golf umbrella (not pictured because its massive!!)
