Within the UK, choose from our historic converted mill in Witney, Oxfordshire — complete with allotments and barbecues — or our sleek London office in Shepherd’s Bush, near Westfield Shopping Centre. We also have a US office in Boston’s trendy North End. Regular socials take place at each office, providing time to connect with others away from work. We welcome and celebrate differences and encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work. Bringing our global team together – live and on air! 🎬🌍✨ Earlier this month, we turned our Witney office gym into a TV studio for our OneTeam On Air event, connecting nearly 1,000 colleagues across the UK and US. From watch parties in our offices (pizza and cinema-style snacks included) to online streams, this hybrid event was all about sharing ideas, celebrating success, and spotlighting the people who make Audley special. #oneteam #audleyculture #audleytravelcareers #lifeataudley
When the team first suggested a TV-style production for our annual OneTeam event, I didn’t fully appreciate the scale of what we were about to deliver. I soon realised when I stepped into our makeshift TV studio at our Witney office and saw the level of kit! Stepping in front of the camera, we went live for our first global OneTeam On Air event – bringing together nearly 1,000 colleagues across the UK and US in a truly hybrid experience. Whether joining watch parties in our offices or streaming online, the goal was simple: to connect, align, and celebrate as one team. Over three hours, we shared strategic updates, transformation plans, and moments of recognition. We heard from employees and clients, enjoyed fireside chats and panel discussions, and even added a little fun with game-show prizes hosted by our external presenter. Why does this matter? Because events like this ensure we’re united behind our priorities, clear on where we’re heading, and energised for the year ahead. It’s about creating space to celebrate success and strengthen the culture that makes us who we are. A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible – and to every colleague who joined us. Together, we’re building momentum for an exciting future.

What a brilliant start to WTM London week! On Monday, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 100 of our suppliers to the London office for a special open house event. It really was a fantastic afternoon. Following some lively networking, I shared a business update, highlighting key moments from 2025 and outlining our focus areas for 2026. We were also delighted to hear from Lisa Fitzell, our new Chief Product & Operations Officer, who introduced herself, shared her first impressions and spoke about our vision for the year ahead. Our Head of Product, Alex Bentley, then took us through emerging product trends and focus areas, and Richard Prosser, our Chairman, closed the session and handed out a round of well-deserved awards. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and for your wonderful support. We couldn’t deliver the kinds of tailor-made trips and the level of customer satisfaction we do without you. And congratulations to our six award winners, recognised for going above and beyond in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable moments for our clients.
