Wrapping Up an Inspiring Journey: She Leads at The British University in Egypt Yesterday marked the conclusion of the final session of She Leads at The British University in Egypt, a pioneering women’s leadership programme. It has been a privilege to deliver this initiative, aimed at empowering women leaders and fostering growth, reflection, and action. Our final session emphasized Action Learning, ensuring that participants not only gained insights but also committed to applying them in their leadership roles. The engagement and energy throughout the programme were remarkable, and the feedback we received highlights its impact: - “It empowered me as a leader and as a woman.” - “Today’s session was an important follow-up step that ensures accountability for our own skills development.” - “Thank you for giving me this opportunity to listen, learn, and transfer this experience into my work environment.” - “The session gave me a safe space to pause, which I rarely get in my daily leadership role.” These reflections underscore the importance of initiatives like this, which create safe, supportive environments for women to lead with confidence and clarity. A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible women who participated, to Professor Catherine Harper PhD PFHEA for championing this vital work, and to Anisha Sangha for her seamless support. A special acknowledgment to Audrey Linton for co-facilitating the sessions in July.
