Our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 2 December is the official celebration of DataFam Europe, bringing together all attendees for an evening of networking and fun.

DataFam is a nickname created by the Tableau Community. It reflects the spirit of connection, encouragement, and shared passion for data. Whether you’re joining your first event or leading your tenth, you’re DataFam.
To register for the in-person experience, click the Register button on the top right of this page. You will need to create an account to register. This account will give you access to your registration details, recommended sessions, agenda builder, and so much more.
If you created an account for a previous Salesforce event, use that same email and password in the login box. If needed, select Forgot Password to trigger a reset. Note: This is separate from your Tableau.com or Salesforce.com credentials.
From there, you’ll provide a few additional details, select your conference pass and hotel, and then you’re on your way to experience DataFam Europe in London.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the DataFam Europe Help Desk at DataFamEurope@salesforce.com. For a full refund of the event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by Thursday, 6 November 2025, 23:59:59 GMT. Cancellation notices received between 00:00 GMT on Friday, 7 November 2025, and 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 21 November 2025, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 00:00 GMT on Saturday, 22 November 2025.
Attendee substitution requests will be processed free of charge if submitted by 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 21 November 2025.

Agenda Builder allows registered attendees to view sessions by date and time to help plan out your time at DataFam Europe. Attendees can add a session to their agenda and favourite sessions they are interested in. Agenda Builder will launch in early November.
No. Adding a session to your agenda allows the attendee to add it to your calendar, while favouriting allows you to keep all sessions you are interested in grouped together.
Yes, reserved seating will be available for Breakouts, Theaters and Hands-on training sessions. Reserving a seat in a session guarantees there will be space for you in that session, as long as you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session. Reserved seating accounts for some of the overall availability in the session. If a session you want to attend no longer has seats available to reserve, you may still be able to attend by showing up early and joining the drop-in line.
Please note you won’t be able to reserve seats in multiple sessions that occur at the same time. If you’re unable to obtain a seat for a session, you’re encouraged to join the drop-in line, in case a reserved seat is released.
Ten minutes before the beginning of a session, all the unclaimed reserved seats will be released to the drop-in line. This means that if you reserved a seat and don’t arrive at the door 10 minutes before the start of the session, your seat will be released to allow drop-in attendee participation. It’s your responsibility to attend sessions you’ve reserved in a timely manner or to release your seat on the catalog or mobile app so others can reserve a spot.

Tobacco Docks offers an accommodation service to help secure hotel rooms at discounted rates. You can find details here. There is no event room block of reserved hotel rooms. We recommend you book accommodations early for the best selection.
There is a car park opposite the venue's Wapping Lane entrance with capacity for 615 vehicles.

London weather in December is cold and often wet, with temperatures typically between 4–10 degrees Celsius. Indoor conference locations are comfortable, but we recommend wearing layers to adjust to your personal temperature preferences. Please pack layers with rain gear and check weather.com before you travel.
The nearest airport to Tobacco Dock is London City (LCY), which is approximately 8 km away. Other nearby airports include London Heathrow (LHR) (32 km), London Luton (LTN) (45 km), London Gatwick (LGW) (47 km), and London Stansted (STN) (55 km).
