Connect to a Wi-Fi network

To access the internet, connect your Android XR device to Wi-Fi.

Turn on & connect

On your Android XR device, open the Home screen.
- If you aren’t sure how to open the Home screen, learn how to navigate on your Android XR device.
Select Quick Settings Wi-Fi .
Turn on Wi-Fi.
From the list of available networks, select a network.
Enter the network details and password as required.
Select Connect.

On your Android XR device, open the Settings app.
- If you aren’t sure how to open the Settings app, learn how to navigate on your Android XR device.
On the left, select Connections Wi-Fi.
Turn on Wi-Fi.
Under "Available networks," select a listed network.
- Networks that require a password display a lock icon.
- To manually add a network, select Add network.
- To scan a QR code and connect, select the QR scanner .
Enter the network details and password as required.
Select Connect.

Tip: To access additional network settings, select More Advanced settings.
