As an admin, you can purchase additional subscriptions for your users, such as a Google Voice add-on. You can also add a new subscription for a Google Workspace edition if you previously canceled your subscription. Here's how to find what's available and make your purchase.
Add a paid subscription

Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.

Go to Menu
Billing > Buy or upgrade.
Requires having the Billing Management administrator privilege.
- At the left, click the category of the subscription you want to add.
- At the subscription, click the appropriate option:
- Get Started
- Start Free Trial
- Upgrade
- Downgrade
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add the service to your organization's Google Account.
