Yesterday, we wrapped up our last NETS Care CSR event of the year with a Deepavali Carnival, in partnership with HealthServe. We were honoured to host over 350 migrant workers to celebrate the Festival of Lights, thanks to the dedication of 28 NETS volunteers who gave their time to make this event shine. Set in Westlite Woodlands Dormitory, the space was transformed with live food stations, Rangoli art, a soulful band performance, games and cultural arts booths and more. One of the highlights was a customised NETS Prepaid Card booth where workers created their very own personalised cards as a memento to keep. A huge thank you to everyone who made this carnival possible. #ConnectingCommunitiesEmpoweringLives #NETSCareCSR

NETS is honoured to be one of six ASEAN national payment networks to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to standardise cross-border payments, a key milestone in advancing regional connectivity and innovation. This MoU marks the beginning of Next50 Common Standards project and lays the foundation for consistent, seamless and secure technical and operational payment standards across borders. Formalised as the George Town Accord, it serves as a roadmap for the next 50 years of payment innovation, connecting domestic payment networks globally and enabling seamless cross-border collaboration. Through this pioneering partnership, we're excited and look forward to drive greater connectivity, trust and growth in ASEAN and beyond. #NETS #ConnectingCommunitiesEmpoweringLives
