NOTE ON GPS SUPPORT: Strava depends on GPS for recording activities. In some devices, the GPS does not work properly and Strava will not record effectively. If your Strava recordings show poor location estimation behavior, please try to update the operating system to the most recent version. There are some devices which have consistently poor performance with no known remedies. On these devices, we restrict installation of Strava, for example the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 and the Galaxy Express 2. This app and the service in general is absolute garbage. I'm giving it one extra star as it has some basic niche utility. but it is highly unreliable. Workouts randomly disappear from the feed or, worse yet, will not appear at all even if they are able to appear on your profile page. people cheat by pausing for long periods and then resuming their workouts which can lead to faster paces than a normal experience. Features randomly go away. Customer service is AI slop. Don't reccomend.

Extremely buggy. I had to spend about 15 minutes Uninstalling/clearing cache and data just to get it to recognize my subscription after switching to annual. Once that was sorted I noticed it set my birthday to the year 1899 and I was unable to change that. I once again tried to clear cache/data to try resolving the issue only to find I wasn't even able to sign in upon reopening the application. This application has some amazing features but if I can't even access them, there's no point.

Strava was once a decent App and platform. Now they just increase the fees every year but add no value. The Swim fuction is still not able to be labeled as a "Race" but you can label it 'commute'. I don't think anyone commutes by swimming but I know a lot of people that race. Strava is no where near the value for what you pay. And it just keeps getting worse every year.
