レオ　ファーマでは、毎年、皮膚疾患と一緒に生きている患者さんのことを考え、思い、行動に移すという活動を行っています。今年も世界乾癬デーを迎え、その思いをあらたにすべく、世界乾癬デーTシャツを着用して一堂に会しました。今年の世界乾癬デーのテーマは、「乾癬と併存疾患」。今年は、一般社団法人日本乾癬性疾患協会（Japanese Association for Psoriatic Disease）と協働で、トータルヘルスのために何ができるのかを念頭にワークショップを開催し、お互いの視点を共有することで生まれる新しいインサイトやアイデアを生み出せるように企画予定です。一般社団法人日本乾癬性疾患協会 代表理事　奥瀬正紀　からもコメントを頂きました。「乾癬やその治療に関する最新情報は必ずしもまだ十分には乾癬患者さんやそのご家族に届いていません。私たちは、こういった情報の普及や啓発の一翼を担っていただけるよう、乾癬治療薬を扱う製薬会社に期待しています。」　   当社のメディカル ダーマトロジーのリーディング企業としての取り組みについては、改めてご報告させていただきます。   #StopTheDominoEffect #World Psoriasis Day 2025 #LEO Pharma #Psoriasis#InspireJapanWPD

LEO Heros, LEO Giants! A Spirited Battle That Inspired Us All! 👏   On Sunday, May 11th, the LEO Giants, LEO Japan’s baseball team, played their first match in the Tokyo Pharmaceutical Health Insurance Baseball Tournament, facing off against Nihon Kohden Corporation's Tokyo Branch.  Although the team unfortunately lost 😭 , the players gave it their all, showcasing incredible teamwork and passion on the field 👍 .   A big shoutout to the cross functional players—Higuchi-san, Tsuda-san, Tominaga-san, Sato-san, Onda-san, Mizukuchi-san, Ujihira-san, Horikawa-san, and Ogaki-san—for their hard work and dedication! ⭐ Those of us who came to cheer the game were truly inspired and energized by their performance 🔥 .   Stay tuned for the LEO Giants fighting against new challenges next time. レオ ファーマは、本社オフィスにグリーン電力を導入しました   レオ ファーマ株式会社は、４月より、サステナブルな取り組みとして、本社オフィスで使用する電力をグリーン電力に切り替えました。   レオ ファーマが入居する神保町三井ビルディングの賃貸人である三井不動産株式会社様と「非FIT非化石証書付電力の適用に関する覚書」を本年3月17日に締結したことにより、三井不動産を通じてグリーン電力への切り替えを実施しました。これにより、年間約14.7tのCO2排出削減効果を見込んでいます。   レオ ファーマは、今後の成長戦略の一つの柱に将来への遺産を残す（Leave a legacy）ことを掲げており、その優先的アクションとして環境への配慮に取り組み、持続可能な環境との共生を目指しています。具体的には、2050年までに気候変動対策としてネットゼロを達成する目標を掲げており、今回のグリーン電力導入は、レオ ファーマが掲げる戦略の一環として取り組んでいます。   レオ　ファーマでは、今回のグリーン電力導入のほか、CO2を削減する取り組みとして、文書廃棄に専用のリサイクルボックスを設置し、機密保持とリサイクルを両立させたことに加え、社内外文書や契約書等 の DX化を図るなどぺーパーレス化を促進しています。また、分別ごみの徹底をはかることで、2024年1年間に弊社本社オフィスから出されたゴミのリサイクル率は、82.2%　と高い率を達成しています。     ※今回導入する「グリーン電力」は、三井不動産が小売電気事業者と共同開発したもので、家庭用太陽光発電設備由来の非化石証書による環境価値を含む電力を使用することにより実質再エネ化を実現するものです。   #LEO Pharma#Sustaitable Development#Renewable Energy#Carbon Neutral#Renewable Energy#green energy #神保町三井ビルディング#三井不動産  

Strategic collaboration with the Danish Embassy in Japan   LEO Pharma is committed to being a global leader in medical dermatology, aspiring to advance the standard of care for people with skin diseases, their families and society. In order to achieve this, our collaboration with external partner is inevitable. LEO Japan recently had a very productive meeting with Danish Embassy in Japan, paving the way for possible strategic collaboration on patient centricity and healthcare alliance to address the challenges and opportunities that pharma industry faces. Danish Embassy in Japan is to bridge and connect with other private and public sectors sharing the same goal. Welcoming Angela from Safety and Regulatory, we had a comprehensive discussion from global and regulatory perspectives. November 27th is LEO Pharma Day, our 116 years anniversary.  At LEO Pharma Japan, we conducted quiz game session by function or by joint functions. From the various quiz questions regarding our company, more conversation was generated and expanded to broader topics like company culture, business, and the patients. It truly was a day not only to look back our history, but also to confirm that each history is connected to the present, where we are and who we are by a line.
