On 21st November, Miu Miu introduced Literary Club in Shanghai – ‘A Woman’s Education’, exploring the work of three female literary masters: Simone de Beauvoir; Fumiko Enchi, the pen-name for Fumi Ueda, and Eileen Chang. Alongside the program to accompany the conversations, Li Gengxi, Liu Haocun and Zhao Jinmai gave a series of evocative readings. The Miu Miu Holiday Campaign 2025 gathers Gigi Hadid, Dede Mansro, Viola and Ju Xiaowen at an Elizabethan manor house deep in the British countryside. Captured by Angela Hill on Super 8 and photographed on film, the campaign embraces a tactile, cinematic texture framing youthful elegance within centuries-old walls. In this setting, contrasts define the atmosphere: ancient stone fireplaces meet crumpled duchesse satin, sequins and glitter knits shimmer against weathered brickwork, and lively gestures unfold beside still, storied architecture. The festive collection includes lingerie-inspired georgette, and liquid satin looks, styled with signature Miu Miu footwear and bags. Open to public from today until October 26th at Palais d’Iéna in Paris, “30 Blizzards.” is a major work conceived by artist Helen Marten in close collaboration with theatre and opera director Fabio Cherstich - and sound and music composed by Beatrice Dillon. “30 Blizzards.” explores a cross-section of different disciplines, the interrelationship between distinct and divergent mediums when placed in proximate dialogue. The exhibition is physically structured around a new counterpoint between five sculptures, and five newly conceived videos. Each obliquely references a chronological moment of life, from childhood to older age, experiential detail through successional chapters: childhood, community, sexuality, interiority, loss. The paired relationships give framework to five different monologues, with the voice of each video forming a crucial narrative punctuation within the wider, more amorphous libretto structure of the performance.
