Siamo molto felici di annunciare che lo scorso 22 ottobre, per il secondo anno consecutivo, abbiamo avuto il piacere di accogliere in azienda gli studenti della 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 🌱. La mattinata è iniziata con una presentazione della nostra azienda, dalla storia a ciò che facciamo oggi grazie agli interventi di Alessandra Zamparini, Silvia Monti, Lisa Moriconi e Alice Rosetti. È stato bello dialogare con ragazzi così curiosi e appassionati, che hanno reso questa esperienza unica e arricchente per tutti noi.  Oggi, siamo ancora più felici di celebrare il loro lavoro ed il riconoscimento che hanno ricevuto, aggiudicandosi il premio del concorso 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢 per la categoria 𝐒𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭à. La loro vittoria dimostra quanto sia importante creare connessioni tra Scuola e mondo del lavoro, valorizzando l’energia delle nuove generazioni. The morning began with a presentation of our company—from our history to what we do today—thanks to the contributions of 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢, 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢, 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐢, and 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢. It was wonderful to engage with such curious and passionate students, who made this experience unique and enriching for all of us. Today, we are even happier to celebrate their work and the recognition they received, winning the 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 in the 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 category. Their achievement highlights the importance of creating strong connections between schools and the world of work, and of valuing the energy and talent of the new generations. Per il secondo anno consecutivo, in occasione di questa giornata speciale, abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare alcuni dei ragazzi che nel 2025 hanno svolto o stanno svolgendo un tirocinio presso la nostra azienda. Grazie alla presenza anche dei tirocinanti di Fores Engineering, si è creata un’occasione preziosa per conoscersi e condividere esperienze. Questa giornata ci ha spinto a riflettere sull’importanza dello stage, che per Rosetti Marino rappresenta molto più di un semplice percorso formativo: è un’esperienza arricchente e fonte di ispirazione tanto per gli stagisti quanto per i tutor. Gli stagisti portano con sé idee nuove, entusiasmo e prospettive fresche; i tutor, invece, dedicando tempo e competenze, hanno la possibilità di crescere professionalmente e imparare insieme a loro. For the second year in a row, to celebrate this special day, we had the pleasure of meeting some of the young people who have completed or are currently completing an internship at our company in 2025. Interns from 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 were also present, offering a valuable opportunity to get to know each other and share experiences. This day encouraged us to reflect on the importance of internships, which for Rosetti Marino represent much more than just a training opportunity: they are enriching and inspiring experiences for both interns and their mentors. Interns bring with them new ideas, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives, while tutors, by dedicating their time and expertise, have the chance to grow professionally and learn alongside them. A special thank-you goes to all the company departments that, with dedication and a spirit of collaboration, have made themselves available to support these young people in their professional development. It is the commitment of everyone involved that makes it possible to turn each internship into a truly meaningful experience.

“Tu che DC?” Si è aperto così il primo workshop dedicato a tutto il 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, elemento fondamentale nella gestione di un progetto EPC, che si è svolto lo scorso venerdì presso gli uffici di Assago, guidato da Claudio Grazzi, PMP®, Head of Planning & Document Controlling, Paolo Errani, Head of Project Control e Giovanni Bozza, Chief Strategy & Control Officer. That’s how the first workshop dedicated to the entire 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - a key element in managing an EPC project - kicked off last Friday at the Assago offices. The session was led by 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐢, Head of Planning & Document Controlling, 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐄𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢, Head of Project Control, and 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢 𝐁𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐚, Chief Strategy & Control Officer. Drawing inspiration from jazz music, where harmony, improvisation, and synergy come together to create something new every time, the workshop explored how experience, expertise, and the ability to enhance each team member’s contribution help shape the evolution of this role—one that guides and facilitates the entire EPC process. 

Venerdì 7 novembre, presso il nostro 𝐘𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐢 di Marina di Ravenna, abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare un gruppo di studenti provenienti dal 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 dell’Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, Campus di Ravenna. 🎓 È stata un'esperienza bella e arricchente per entrambe le parti! The students were welcomed with a brief introduction by 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢, followed by an engaging technical lecture held by our colleagues 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢, 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢, and 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐨 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢. 💼 Afterwards, the students had the opportunity to visit the yard, accompanied by 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐚, where they could ask questions and immerse themselves in the dynamic atmosphere of our industry. La sostenibilità è un impegno che va affrontato a livello di sistema creando sinergie e collaborazione, specialmente in un settore così centrale e sensibile al tema come quello dell’approvvigionamento energetico, che può – e deve – essere in prima linea per fare la differenza. È stato quindi un piacere partecipare all’iniziativa 𝐄𝐧𝐢 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, che ha visto coinvolti tutti i principali stakeholder, per discutere insieme come portare avanti iniziative concrete in tema di transizione energetica puntando su innovazione, sviluppo di competenze e partnership locali. In questo contesto, il nostro Amministratore Delegato Guerra Oscar ha partecipato alla tavola rotonda “L’esempio di Ravenna”, best practice internazionale di come innovazione industriale condivisa e partnership con le comunità locali possono concretamente dare vita a una transizione sostenibile. That’s why it was such a pleasure to take part in 𝐄𝐧𝐢 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, an initiative that brought together key stakeholders to discuss how we can move forward with concrete actions for the energy transition — focusing on innovation, skill development, and local partnerships. In this context, our CEO 𝐎𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚 joined the roundtable “The Ravenna Example”, an international best practice showing how shared industrial innovation and close collaboration with local communities can truly bring a sustainable transition to life.
