    We brought the energy of our One Magic Touch Lip Stylo to Berlin with an immersive event at the Circle Culture Gallery, celebrating both the product and its exclusive debut on Zalando.   Inspired by our Milan launch, the cowboy-themed setting welcomed creators to a masterclass where they explored the product, learned application tips and created their own KIKO Milano look.   Interactive moments — from personalized charm making to a playful claw machine — made the experience even more memorable. On November 5 in Milan, we explored these changes during the second edition of BIS – Benessere, Inclusione, Sostenibilità, focusing on the theme "From X to Z: Companies and Talents in the Age of AI." Gaia Delprato, Global Learning & Development Senior Manager at KIKO Milano, moderated by Leo Mansueto, shared our company’s perspective in a conversation centered on talent engagement, development, and upskilling — highlighting how generational transformation is reshaping the way we experience and shape work.
