The Job!
This role blends HR systems management, reporting, and operational support to ensure a seamless transition for incoming staff and supports a large-scale HR integration project involving approximately 140 new employees.
Manage and maintain employee data in iTrent and related HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems — analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
Support onboarding coordination: prepare documentation, schedule orientations, and deliver a smooth employee experience
Maintain and update position management data, including job titles, departments, and reporting structures
Assist in aligning and implementing HR policies and procedures for new employee groups
Prepare and distribute welcome communications and onboarding materials
Maintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team, including calendar coordination, meeting notes, and correspondence
Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless integration process
What you bring to the job
You’re an HR professional who enjoys both the technical and people sides of HR — someone who can translate data into meaningful insights while keeping operations running smoothly.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics roles
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (iTrent experience preferred) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting)
Solid understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, data management, and policy alignment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced integration environment
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
