The Job!

This role blends HR systems management, reporting, and operational support to ensure a seamless transition for incoming staff and supports a large-scale HR integration project involving approximately 140 new employees.

  • Manage and maintain employee data in iTrent and related HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems — analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Support onboarding coordination: prepare documentation, schedule orientations, and deliver a smooth employee experience
  • Maintain and update position management data, including job titles, departments, and reporting structures
  • Assist in aligning and implementing HR policies and procedures for new employee groups
  • Prepare and distribute welcome communications and onboarding materials
  • Maintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team, including calendar coordination, meeting notes, and correspondence
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless integration process


What you bring to the job

You’re an HR professional who enjoys both the technical and people sides of HR — someone who can translate data into meaningful insights while keeping operations running smoothly.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (iTrent experience preferred) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, data management, and policy alignment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced integration environment
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
