Almost two years ago, we decided as a company to focus our MOVATI Cares philanthropic efforts on one cause to deliver a greater impact. Since our mission is to help people live healthier, happier lives, we chose to support local food banks in our communities and help combat food insecurity. Each year, our clubs host food drives and raise money through our annual Shake Days for Feed Ontario and Edmonton’s Food Bank. Our holiday food drive runs until December 12th, and this week, our Club Support team also got involved and volunteered at the Mississauga Food Bank, sorting an incredible 8,900 lbs. It’s all part of how we’re focused, every day, on fuelling healthy communities. #MOVATI #FitnessIndustry #WellnessBusiness #CanadianFitness #foodinsecurity #foodbank

On November 2nd, we hosted our first MOVATI Yoga hOMe Retreat at the beautiful Glenerin Inn & Spa in Mississauga. The special event gave our members the chance to experience Yoga modalities beyond our regular offerings, including sound bath meditation, handstand workshops, and Hatha flow accompanied by live guitar. The intimate gathering fostered a sense of community and showcased the incredible talent of our Yoga instructors.
