  • In the mountains, like in life, most days are not perfect. But for ACMG Splitboard guides Christine Feleki and Joey Vosburgh, it’s their job to make each of their 150+ days a year in the mountains meaningful.    Working as a guide is a non-stop grind of managing uncertainty, prioritizing safety, and finding time in between to hone skills and techniques in a constantly evolving field. It’s also the best job in the world - they’ll tell you that. To strive for longevity as a guide requires a deep knowledge of avalanche safety and risk assessment, but equally important is a constant emphasis on self-reflection and growth.    This year, they ventured in a corner of the Selkirk Range that Joey’s been eyeing for years, working their way through variable conditions, reflecting on their journeys, and stepping into uncertainty with an open mind.    Arc’teryx Presents: Stepping Out Watch the full film: https://lnkd.in/dUHGecBz #Arcteryx

  • Leadership here lives in everyday moments. It's in how we listen, how we guide, set the bar and create space for people to grow. Brent Bolling, our Chief People Officer calls it a human experience and treats it like a craft. Peek into why this work culture matters and how we continue to build it together. Store Manager @ Arc’teryx Australia | Retail Management & Customer Service Specialist

This past September, I had the honour of being invited to attend and speak at the Arc'teryx Leadership Summit. WOW. Summit was an unforgettable experience. It was a chance to connect with inspiring leaders from around the globe and share stories of connection, resilience, dedication, and innovation. We spent time outdoors reconnecting with nature and ourselves. One of the most powerful moments for me was being on the Indigenous canoe tour, grounding myself in the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples. At first, I thought canoeing would be the “easy” option. I was wrong. Canoeing with up to sixteen people is a test of synchronization and unity: ➡️ Everyone must paddle in rhythm, or the canoe veers off course. ➡️ When someone pauses, others must work harder to compensate. It was a vivid reminder that when we’re not aligned as a team, reaching our destination becomes harder for everyone. The canoe became a perfect metaphor for leadership at Arc'teryx: success is built on shared vision, values, and aligned effort. True leadership isn’t about moving faster, it’s about moving together. I was also incredibly honoured to be nominated to speak on a panel alongside Store Managers from Shanghai, Toronto, Kobe, and Paris, sharing our experiences in staying dedicated to our craft and developing our teams. HUGE thanks to Bianca Bernardi for this opportunity! In my talk, I reflected on lessons that continue to shape my journey as a Store Manager: Even when business is successful, we still need to stay dedicated. Early in my role at the Galeries, we were exceeding our targets but I realized that numbers alone weren’t fulfilling. I had to reconnect with my deeper purpose: developing people and creating an environment where others could thrive. By weaving my team’s passions into their work, from graphic design to product storytelling, we brought back “job love.” Growth doesn’t always look like immediate results. It’s about planting seeds, trusting the process, and staying disciplined when motivation wavers. ✨ Discipline doesn’t require inspiration — it just requires consistency. And in leadership, success isn’t about being the brightest star, it’s about helping your team shine. #Arcteryx #Leadership #PeopleDevelopment #RetailLeadership #GrowthMindset #Teamwork Arc'teryx Equipment

  • Craft doesn’t stop at the seams of a jacket at Arc'teryx. It extends into how we share it.   The way a Product Guide explains a hardshell, or translates alpine design into everyday clarity, is just as much a part of our standard of excellence as the gear itself.   That’s why we’ve launched Product Guide Certifications — a program built to deepen knowledge, sharpen storytelling, and empower our retail teams to bring our gear to life in every guest interaction.   From Stockholm to Vancouver, the first certified stores are already setting a new bar. And with every certification, our culture of craft grows stronger.   Because for us, innovation isn’t just about what we make. It’s about how people experience it.   Explore careers in our retail teams: https://lnkd.in/dtCFfnay    #ArcteryxLife

  • Meet our Global Retail Capabilities team; the people shaping how our retail stores connect with guests around the world. From building new retail technologies to strengthening the systems that power our stores, they’re behind the scenes making the Arc’teryx experience seamless. They recently stepped away from the screens and into the Whistler Backcountry for their 'Live It' activity, spending a night together at the Kees & Claire Hut. As Geoff Hewat, Senior Product Owner, Retail Technology, shared:  “The team shared a truly unique experience, getting 20 of us into the Whistler backcountry. We stepped away from the pace of our day to day, leaned into the challenge and returned more connected, inspired and grounded. Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to work in a place where we do not just talk about the brand, we get to live it. Huge thanks to the planning team for making it happen and to everyone who crushed a big mission together. Swipe to catch a glimpse of this special experience and the people behind the work. #ArcteryxLife

Store Manager at Arc'teryx | Retail Leadership & Customer Experience Expert | Driving Community Engagement at The Gate

Last night was one of those moments that reminded me why I’m so proud to work for a company like Arc'teryx Equipment We gathered at our Broadway store for an incredible Latine Heritage Month celebration. A night of storytelling, culture, and connection. Through our panel discussion, we explored what it means to show up fully in our identities, to build belonging in the outdoors and at work, and to honor the many intersections that make up the Latine community. As Store Manager for Arc’teryx Manhasset and Education Lead for our R.A.C.E. Employee Belonging Council (Racial Advocacy & Cultural Equity), it’s deeply meaningful to help create spaces where representation and community aren’t just words, they’re lived experiences. Seeing our team, leaders, and guests come together to celebrate culture, share stories, and uplift one another was powerful. It’s a reflection of what happens when a brand makes space for real conversations and diverse voices. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible, our panelists, our volunteers, and the teams across the NYC/Tri-State region who continue to champion inclusion through action. Special Thanks to Frank Padilla and Brendy Ureña for your support. Here’s to more moments of belonging, representation, and joy both in our stores and beyond.

  • Our repair operators are the beating heart of the ReBIRD™ Service Centre at our Bloor St. Alpha Store in Toronto, Canada. Michelle Pinochet and Jahmaal Campbell (IG: @10thfold) are the extremely talented hands behind the most complex repairs we perform in-store. They come from different — yet equally impressive — craft backgrounds, but share one thing in common: a deep love for high-quality handwork, both for the process itself and the beautiful finished product that results. Naturally, this made them the perfect fit for the role of ReBIRD™ Repair Operator. Together, they spent the better part of a month training at our ARC’One Repair Centre in New Westminster, BC, fully immersed in the craft and philosophy of technical repair solutions, and learning alongside some of the most inventive minds this company has to offer. They now find themselves in the exciting position of being the first in-store Arc’teryx repair operators in Canada. Over the last few months, they’ve also carved out time for more creative pursuits, finding new ways to give gear another adventure. This story also carries the design vision of Keika S., a Product Guide at our Bloor St. store, who brought her eye for craft to the artwork featured here. Swipe through to meet our Repair Operators and discover what inspires their work, their tools of the trade, and the journeys that led them here.
