I understand having to check bank statements and ID’s for withdrawals occasionally. However, my physical drivers license is expired and I can’t get to anywhere to get the actual card so I renewed my drivers license online which is still a legal document. The police would take it, a bank will take it. Sugarhose verification will not take it though. I’ve had a sizable amount to withdraw for a week now, have spoken to live support and sent 17 emails to support and have never got a reply. I’m not playing that money if that’s what they’re waiting for. I have legal documents issued by Penndot and apparently SugarHouse believes they’re above that. So moral of the story is make sure you have a way to get everything they need the second the want it for you winnings, even if you physically cannot go anywhere to get said items.***EDIT TO ADD***After 3 weeks and sending endless documents, emails, and sitting on support chat I did get my withdrawal. Honestly, I know SH and Betrivers are basically one in the same, but my experience on BerRivers has always been better. This money I won on SH was the very first win from them in 4 years so I guess it was worth all the frustration.

I have been locked out of my sugar house and Bet Rivers accounts since June 18th. I have requested a reason why and my emails are ignored. I have called the casino and they can’t give me a clear explanation, only say “ We are sorry but right now your account is under review.” I continue to get numerous emails requesting I verify my identity on my account but I cannot even log into my account to satisfy the document verification requirement because they have locked me out of my account!! There are a lot of other great casinos out there who won’t treat their patrons this way. I encourage everyone to stay away from Sugar House online casino! Unless they are willing to unlock my account within the next 3 days I won’t be changing this review. I will update it if anything further evolves. Thank you.
