Star Prison must be unlocked in this base. - Capturing rate Determined by base rate and dispatched fleets from current sub-base. Base rate is affected by the level of Star Prison. - Imprison The upper limit of captains you can imprison is determined by the level of Star Prison. - Escape Imprisoned captains have a chance to escape, and can be also freed by yourself. If the sub-base lost a base war, all captains will be released at that time. - Execute Captains failed to flee before the end of countdown will be executed.
