The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is organising celebratory activities for workers across more than 30 locations nationwide, under the theme “Workers’ Happiness on Eid Al Etihad,” with strong participation from both government and private entities. The activities include sports, entertainment events, competitions, and the distribution of commemorative gifts, enhancing workers’ well-being and strengthening their social inclusion during the 54th Eid Al Etihad holiday. The Ministry invites private-sector companies and labour accommodations wishing to have their workers take part in the celebrations to register through the website: nationalday2025.ensure.ae, and select the preferred activity. #MOHRE #UAE #UAEGov

وسط أجواء تعبّر عن الفخر والوحدة والانتماء، نظمت الوزارة احتفالاً بمناسبة #عيد_الاتحاد الـ54 بحضور معالي الدكتور عبدالرحمن العور، وزير الموارد البشرية والتوطين ووزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بالإنابة، إلى جانب فريق عمل الوزارة. تضمّن الحفل عروضاً تراثية وفقرات احتفالية جسّدت عراقة الماضي وعكست روح الاتحاد في أبهى صورة. وقد عبّر الحضور عن اعتزازهم بهذه المناسبة الوطنية وما تحمله من قيم تكرّس الوحدة وترسّخ الانتماء. #وزارة_الموارد_البشرية_والتوطين #الإمارات #حكومة_الإمارات In a gathering reflecting pride, unity, and belonging, the Ministry organised a celebratory event for the 54th Eid Al Etihad, attended by H.E. The event included traditional performances and celebratory segments that highlighted the UAE’s deep-rooted past and showcased the nation’s spirit of the Union. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to develop more efficient government services. The forum featured presentations and discussions on innovation, agile government thinking, and digital integration, with the participation of government entities, experts, and academics. Participating entities, including MoHRE, highlighted their efforts to enhance efficiency and accelerate service delivery through digital solutions and artificial intelligence to reduce bureaucracy. #MOHRE #UAE #UAEGov

We would like to remind all private-sector companies subject to Emiratisation policies of the need to achieve their Emiratisation targets before 31 December 2025, to avoid financial contributions being applied to non-compliant companies starting 1 January 2026. Emiratisation targets apply to companies with 50 or more employees, which must achieve 2% growth in the number of Emiratis employed in skilled positions before the end of this year. The same deadline also applies to selected companies employing 20–49 employees in targeted economic sectors experiencing rapid growth and capable of providing suitable jobs and work environments. These companies must hire at least one Emirati while retaining their existing Emirati employees before 1 January 2026. The Ministry also encourages companies to use ‘Nafis’ platform to connect with qualified Emirati job seekers and support Emiratisation efforts in the private sector. #MOHRE #UAE #UAEGov

نود تذكير جميع الشركات المشمولة بسياسات التوطين في القطاع الخاص بضرورة تحقيق مستهدفات التوطين قبل 31 ديسمبر 2025، تجنباً لتطبيق المساهمات المالية على الشركات غير الملتزمة اعتباراً من 1 يناير 2026. وتشمل مستهدفات التوطين الشركات التي لديها 50 عاملا فأكثر حيث يتوجب عليها تحقيق نمو 2 % في توطين وظائفها المهارية قبل نهاية العام الجاري، وهو الموعد نفسه الذي سيسري على منشآت مختارة ومحددة من فئة المنشآت التي توظف من 20 – 49 عاملا وتعمل في أنشطة اقتصادية مستهدفة تشهد نمواً سريعاً ولديها القدرة على توفير الوظائف وبيئة العمل المناسبة، حيث يتوجب عليها تعيين مواطن واحد على الأقل مع الاحتفاظ بالمواطنين العاملين لديها قبل 1 يناير 2026. كما تدعو الوزارة الشركات إلى الاستفادة من منصة «نافس» للتواصل مع الكفاءات الوطنية الباحثة عن عمل ودعم جهود التوطين في القطاع الخاص. #وزارة_الموارد_البشرية_والتوطين #الإمارات #حكومة_الإمارات
